While making a booking, please ensure that all details in regards to arrival flight, departure flight, name, number of bags and number of travelers are stated.
You will find your assigned driver at the arrivals hall with a pla-card with the booking name written on it. Please contact us if you are not able to find the driver. We also can customize the pla-card for special surprise messages. Please contact us if this needs to be done.
This is a complimentary service. The driver will make a 10 minute supermarket stopover while on your way to the hotel. Please note that at times flights arrive early in the morning or later at night and supermarkets are closed then. We will not be able to compensate this free service in such cases.
It is highly recommended to let the driver know before your luggage is loaded of any fragile items. We will not be responsible for any damages done on such items.

It is recommended to be picked up three (3) hours plus travel time from your hotel on the day of departure. We do not want your flights to be missed due to traffic or any unforeseen circumstance. Pickup times can be arranged with our office via email or phone call.
